The scheme proposed 32 studio apartments all with views towards the sea. Associated facilities included a roof top bar and pool, gymnasium, retail, main reception, and a shared multi-purpose business lounge.

After extensive options studies which explored potential height, capacity and siting, a number of possible options were identified.

All ideas will make reference to the existing buildings and will respond to the site and the context.

Green, sustainable credentials are at the heart of the project with a good use of solar and wind energy. Use of a car club will be encouraged as there is limited space for parking.
