Michael was responsible for over-seeing the design, development and production information for a new 2,500 sqft waterfront property in Poole. The design creates a free-flowing open plan ground floor which optimises the fantastic waterfront views and provides a contemporary setting befitting the location.
Through clever use of the subtle change in levels and external terraces the design avoids over-looking and potential loss of privacy from neighbouring properties. The house has been finished to a very high standard and integrates the latest technology through-out. The site was completed in early 2013 and is currently being marketed for sale.
